Senor Israel came over at 9am. We did our usual once a month’s rent exchange where I make him a cup of coffee, I pay home the $15/month for this view:
and write him a receipt on an index card. We chit chat about life and he tells me what his kids are up to.November/December brings the bad weather to Bocas. Looking out at the ocean today, Dec 1st, its calm, but dark, and the fact that you can see big waves crashing against the pirate islands means the ocean is high, and “bravo”, literally "angry ocean."
